Replacing a broken v wheel on the z plate

Postby Jeff » Sun Jun 10, 2018 11:21 am

I had a board come loose and before I could get things shut off it ended up breaking part of the v wheel. on the carriage for the router.
So I ordered 4 new wheels and bolts and nuts,
My question is this What do I need to do to make sure that when it is reassembled that it will be square to the z Rail.?

Check for square against your wasteboard for X rail and Z Plate. You can use a high quality square or a drafting triangle.
