That's actually an interesting idea. Printing your own chocolate would be fun and taste good.

Another thought though is maybe you could replace the chocolate with a resin of some sort which you could then print.

Just throwing out the idea.

I wondered for a moment what the milling properties of chocolate are like, then decided it would be more effective to mill a mold instead and pour it.

Something tells me you could make a millable chocolate - but it'd be unforgivably dark and too rich :(
